i dont want nobody to edit/host/modify/upload this mod without my permission.

i was thinking of changing some of the building textures. so i stopped at the East LA Hospital first. it was already pretty good textured. but i thought i'd change it a little bit. so i changed the roof of it and later all the other textures. now it has a decent style. it is basically black and white mixtured but looks real. you might not notice the difference if there's a problem with your eye or monitor. but 95% of you will hopefully find the difference.

this mod is completed. so i am most likely not going to upload a new version of it.

Installation: simply use IMGTOOL to open GTA3.IMG and replace Hospital_lae.txd with mine.
