What you get:

- Lowrider cars at Cesar Garage (Blade, Tornado and Broadway)
- Back of the Cesar Garage, the construction (Dumper, Dozer and Cement Truck)

Installation:

- First, you must have CLEO3
- Copy CLEO and paste it at GTA San Andreas dir
- You're done

Please rename the mod to something else, cause Car Spawner is a trainer which allows you to spawn your wanted car! But you have created a car spawnpoint! :whuh:
