open the file: cutsprops.img
in: gta4/pc/anim

export all the files contained in cutsprops.img to a new folder
put this new model, contained in this mod, for that new folder

open the program OpenIV
and create a new image file for gta4 named cutsprops.img
import all the files (including charuto.wdr) that you exported to the new folder
save the file in:
gta4/pc/anim

press Ctrl + F
search for: bm_char_fag_f
replace all "bm_char_fag_f" by "charuto"
save the file smoking.lua
