In 'Fender Ketchup', Woozie Tells that the Mafia runs LV. But, we can only see Mafia goons inside Caligula's. So, I've made this mod that adds Mafia goons and Triads (as they run the Four Dragons Casino) to Venturas' Strip and Old Strip.
