This is my modification of ,
Crixalis { Ganton Upgrade Mod },
and Uberjason1369, {Secure Compound Mod}
All Credit to them for their great work.

without it this mod would not be possible.
It has a many new things,
The grove is cleaned up.
There is a place in the back yard to land a Helo.
with helo , new back yard
(2) Helo on roof across street from cj, s house
(stripmall building)stairs in rear.
I added a minigun, m4, silenced 9mm , sniper,
all in the grove.
Jetpack frount yard and bonus suprise below.
In cj, s bedroom (faster advance with girlfreinds with gifts),
more to come soon.
remember to back up your files or its on you.
Be sure to check back as I am continuing to
update and add to this mod
SPECIAL NOTE:
just replace with LAe2.Ipl, in your, Rockstar Games\ Data\ Maps\ LA file.
As always back up your files!
to remove just replace with your original or copy of
your original.

This is a work in Progress
Still in testing so be advised.
Recommend using alley gate, for missions inside Grove Street,
when in a Car.
No Problems on Bike or Foot.
But in the early stages I had some crashes using,
the Main street gate to finish missions.
however I had no further problems with using
the alley gate for entry and mission completion.
When the Helo is used, it seems to cause a
light flash effect, {Glitch} anyone who knows
how to cure this feel free to let me know.
It does not seem to affect the game but is
some what distracting.
Do NOT change this untill you have finished the first mission.
{To change to a better car with the BF injector, just replace with
the car you like with the mod installer.
Just remember this will change this car threw out the game.}
Testing Now: a new update to do the following:
remove the wrecked car and trees in the backyard by the
stairs going to Sweets roof.
If you dont want to wait,
this can also be done threw,
MapEditor by Tony Wroblewski.
This Mod is still in the testing and development stage
but fully operational, however in the event of crash,
follow special note above and your ready to go back in the game.
TO TRIGGER THE GATES
{Go out the Main gate } drive up on the right curb,
same going in only on the Right curb. As you face the gate.
{For the alley} left side going out, left side going in.}
same thing, as you face the gate.
you must pull up on the curb or the gate will not open.
