why every time when i go to the marker it says the mod is not installed i copy the cs file to the cleo folder and the txd file to the models file

I've tested this myself. Absolutely no crash. I actually loved it. If only this can be enhanced further to something like parachute service via cell, it'll be perfect. Have you guys really read the ReadMe properly? You may have misplaced the TXD (or are too damn lazy to read the ReadMe file and put the TXD in the right folder, and just copypasta).
