This is a heavy edit of GTA IV's original timecyc.dat, weather with more appealing lighting, skies, and more.

V1.3 now has a reduced DOF effect, so there ya go.

It's as blurry as the original timecyc.dat... You can always set the definition on. If anyone knows how to adjust the degree of bluriness (not the distance of the effect), PM me or whatnot.

Yea, I think you need to lower that blurriness. That's not appealing to anyone

it looks really blurry even up-close. The only satisfaction this mod, brings is that of a DOF. (depth-of-field)
