For second, go to the GTAIII:LaD website http://www.wix.com/Donut136/GTA-TLAD-The-New-Chapter and look in the part "Team"
For third, I just looked to the VCS on the GTAF. And, if Tommy is a policeman, his uniform is black. So, I don't understand about what you speak.
