Easily edit, save, and apply custom vehicle handling settings for GTA III, GTA Vice City, and GTA San Andreas.

Looks amazing. Only one question though. When it says "all changes are saved in memory" that means it makes the changes without havig to reopen the game, right? I'll probably find out myself tomorrow when I download it but it's worth asking.

Ahhh, gives me an unhandled exception when I open it. It doesn't seem to want to load the config...

Thank you. Apologies for not replying sooner, I've been a very busy person lately. Changes are NOT real-time, the editor cannot edit the vehicle's handling while the game is running, GTA must be started AFTER editing the vehicles. I'll have to change my description to prevent that perception. What i mean is the game's file is edited in memory, so GTA's files are not modified until you finally click the main "Save" button. As for the error, I am very anxious to fix it. The program does look good, but it's more important that it works good. Is there any more detail you could provide about the error message, and what OS you have? I have not been able to duplicate a crash, but I've only actually tested on XP (I don't have Vista) but I have seen it work on Vista first-hand. You have to be an Administrative user as well. Please provide any additional details you can and if it's a bug in the program I will fix it immediately.

Thats the first I have heard of such an issue. I wish you would have provided enough information to determine it was even GTA Setting Manager that caused your problem, such as what you did with the program that caused this to happen, or which game it happened to, anything at all. NOTE: A backup of the configuration file is made when opened for the first time, so you could have restored the file manually and avoided reinstalling the entire game. If that doesn't fix the problem, GTA Setting Manager isn't the cause.

I tested all supported versions of GTA and was unable to duplicate the issue of vehicles being invisible. Everything appears to be working perfectly.
