This mod is an update for New Great Effects.
But is better

This mod Replace:
- particle.txd
- hud.txd
- effectsPC.txd
- effects.fxp
- cj_traffic.txd
- a51_alpha.txd
- a51_detailstuff.txd
- ballyswater.txd
- lodc*nty.txd
- rczero_track.txd
- vgndwntwn3.txd

This mod contains:

- Transparent Water
- New aim
- More real traffic lights
- New rocketlauncher aim
- Plane icon when you fly
- New Marker
- Better blood effect
- New hit effect (When a bullet hit on some place it will be created some beautiful sparks and some fragments)
- More Realistic Moon
- New yetpack effect
- New fire
- New flamethrower effect
- New spraycan and extinguisher effect
- Better texture for insects effect (a fly)
- The bests gunshells
- New gunshell effect
- New lockonfire
- New Water effects
- New Shadows
- Xenon lights
- And more...

Like always youre supposed to always put youre mod in a .zip file to prevent corruption when somebody's downloading it.

the hq version(or atleast sami install file for it) don't work t only says that a file is missing
