When the player has 3 stars or more, an undercover sultan will spawn and follow CJ, sometimes running him over. The passenger will shoot out of the car and try to kill CJ.
They don't die easily.


What's changed - They stop chasing you if you lose your wanted level, they now have SMGs as I thought combat shotguns were too powerful, if either is killed the other will get out and attack CJ, many bugs/problems fixed, only 1 undercover car will spawn at once.
