This mod contains a completed game for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. The main purpose of this mod is to let modders fool around with the script while having everything unlocked because changes to the script requires a new game. Everything is unlocked from the start, including all missions passed, all side missions completed, and all rewards awarded. This mod includes the original source code in Sanny Builder format with many comments on how I stripped the script file. This mod is inspired by Barton Waterduck's version of a stripped complete Vice City.
