It has a JX Styled T-Shirt. The face has been changed to fashion like X is written. You can check things by downloading.

You can use it by Copying the image file to Vice City Directory/Skin.
You can preview it by starting the game and click on Options than click on Player Skin and click on JX. You can also use it in while playing the game by following above options. like go to options. etc.
