Description

Open the ?:\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\models\playerped.rpf file then replace the texture inside one of the following uppr_diff_015_a.wtd uppr_diff_015_b.wtd uppr_diff_015_c.wtd and enjoy 

Ps. the textures are higher quality than the preview I just saved the preview from paint was all.
