Back Pain mod for San Andreas

Description:
This is a mod similar to Doomed_Space_Marine's "Car Hit = Hurt". What the player does with his car can now affect his health directly. The main difference between the two mods is that this one uses car damage instead of speed to calculate damage to the player. Hopefully this will correct some of the grievances people had with the other mod.

Installation:
- Just copy the file to the CLEO directory and play.
