you must use TXD Workshop and replace the water texture "watercolor256" Look very well with ENB Series mod wihout look really crap.

Hey from what other people are saying, GTA IV doesn't use a water texture. It uses a Shader for the water. Just don't attempt it.

CraP. If you want a water like GTA IV, buy it or use ENB Series with the Captaine-Crabe texture. :sui:
