Description

I had this idea because the "Feltzer" in IV is my favorite car so I mostly use the "Feltzer" in convertible "MODE"
and made this awesome car
it is also my first GTA IV Car Export EVER I think this is easier than SA IMO

Hey quechus you know how to modify a car Eg Uranus and do convertible with 3ds max?
