Description

I loved Lt. Caine's Buffalo but I couldn't help but notice that it wasn't really... Canon with IV.

So, I made it canon.

All credits go to Lt. Caine and Rockstar, to be honest, as the most work I had to do was get the logos and stuff in the right place.

"Canon" with IV you say? What I mean is that it now matches either of the two already present Police sections, NOOSE or the LCPD, instead of being a brand new State Police unit.
