turn the usless crack palace building in los santos into a save point and an extra cleo adds the wayfarer, patriot and minigun at the entrance to the inside of the building and on the roof which is accesible by using a jet pack the hydra fighter plane ready and waiting to take off.(note:do not try to use this mod you can be free to install it but i have found that you have to beat the end of the line mission first to make the floor appear there so it is accesible)
