Description

this mod will make peds attack SO weak.
useful for using a mod with a strong melee so that the
peds will not punch/kick as strong as you do. it is
simple to make this but it sucks to
edit the peds strength one by one.

even noob can kill 3 peds with no weapon

this is pointless, the peds are already weak enough.
