Gives fbi swat and police a chrome look to their skin, almost like armoured skin.
Instructions
Use Spark IV to open Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\models\cdimages\componentpeds.img and then export orignal files then import the modded ones.
does it modify textures or is the chrome realtime reflection?
It looks like only textures.
Unfortunately yes it is only textures. I was looking for more of a look like the cop from terminator 2. Not sure what files would allow me to do that though.
