3 .PNG files each folder
(1) Replace the .wtd files located in
GTA IV/models/cdimages/componentpeds.img/m_y_swat.wtd
2) For the helmets replace the .wtd files located in
GTA IV/models/cdimages/pedprops.img/m_y_swat_p.wtd
(this mod makes swat look like army)
Use SparkIV to open .IMG Files
this is my first mod, dont expect something big
more textures coming soon
