Controls:
Basic SpeedOMeter Controlled is used when you want (When you hold "Ctrl", or the key that you changed inside the .INI file)...
Basic SpeedOMeter Automatic will show your speed all the time when you are inside a vehicle...
Maybe I´ll change a bit this script in the future, this is more like a BETA...
Please don´t say "Damn you, it has no HUD" because I made it with the objetive of a simple/basic SpeedOMeter...
You need GTAIV .NET Script Hook V0.86 BETA...

i put the file in scripts folder and when i enter in a car in game..nothing happs :| wtf?
