The Squidward's Suicide Mod is apart of an even bigger mod called:

 'Terror Mod Ultraultimatum'

i would recommend you to install all files within the 'terror mod ultraultimatum' Folder,
or it may break your game, i did not create this mod and i do not take credit, the original creator is unknown, so sadly i cannot credit his work, i thought of uploading it here, incase if it gets lost, you can find Michael Myers, Chucky, Nemesis, Darth Vader & More.

The Original File dates back to 2005-2008 but this download is from 2010-2012; - 2013.

and also the mod is in spanish but if you have an english version of the game then you should be good.
