- You need a GTA Vice City at least 1.0
- Widescreen fix for GTA Vice City, if you don't have it installed, link: https://github.com/ThirteenAG/WidescreenFixesPack/releases/tag/gtavc {Author: ThirteenAG}
Only Works on 16: 9 Panoramic Screens, not 4: 3.

Installation
-Unzip the Compressed File Into A Directory
-In the Directory that You have Unzipped, Select Your Language According to Country or Language
-Access Your Directory of Your GTA Vice City Classic
-if you have selected the folder '' en_american '' inside the file that you have unzipped is a folder '' txd '' you send it to the Root Folder of Your GTA Vice City or to Modloader

Just go in and play ...
