INSTALLATION
just use imgtoolv.2.0 available on this site to open gta3.img in the models folder of your installation directory with those included in the gta3.img folder included in the download. now open cutscene.img and replace the corresponding files with the ones located in the cutscene.img folder of the download. NOTE- ITS RECCOMENDED THAT YOU BACKUP ALL THE FILES YOU ARE REPLACING FIRST INCASE YOU MAKE A MISTAKE OR IF YOU WANT TO RETURN THINGS TO NORMAL.
