Installation-
o Download IMGTool.
o Using it open the gta3.img file present in the models folders.
o Search for "tec9.dff" & "tec9.txd" and delete both.
o Add the new files provided(tec9.dff & tec9.txd).
o Rebuild the gta3.img archieve,
