H&A Auto-regeneration

Description-> This script adds the auto-regeneration feature to the player`s health and armour. When your health/armour will decrease than normal, it will slowly increase automatically.
Features->
=Both health and armour regeneration.
=Operated using a ini file.
=You can set your own interval and + values.
=Doesn`t increase the health/armour if you have less after starting the saved game.
=Highly configurable settings.
Installation-> To install just extract this entire archieve to your San Andreas folder. Thats it!
