So here's the story: As a dig at Rockstar, Reflections put a parody of Tommy Vercetti (Called "Timmy Vermicelli") in Driver 3 as an easter egg. You find his clones throughout Miami, and you shoot him. One night I decided to convert him, and luckily I found his model ripped online! Just removed the floaties, made his hands normal-sized, and voila, here he is for your viewing pleasure!

Might make a normal version if people want it. For now...
