Will Bauer for Vice City and San Andreas
This character was originally for a GTA IV mod by the name of Our Ugly World. I decided that Will would make a great VC/SA ped, so I went ahead and rigged him right from IV!

How to install
VC: Install the player.dff and player.txd within the GTA3.img in the models folder. Also delete (or rename) the player.bmp in generic folder within the models folder.

SA: Choose a ped and replace. Easy as pie.
