this mod opens SA from the get go but you still have submissions and other stuff to unlock.

(eventually i want to be able to reset the story to loop all the missions like in my Gang Wars ios mod)


present features:

-all gangs are now deadly
-gangs use much more weapons
-gang wars in country towns
-gang wars in Calton Heights and Juniper Hill
-partial health regeneration (increased after completing the paramedic missions)
-'Riot' police rampage missions in LS and SF (police radar blip)
-bribes were removed entirely
-1 wanted star drops after vigilante kill
-all interiors are opened from the start
-burglary houses accessible during vigilante missions
-90 seconds to get a cop car in vigilante missions
-finish 12 vigilante missions to get the cop uniform (from GF as well)
-while wearing cop uniform you wont get wanted level
-added pedstats.dat for advanced players to try their skills (hard mode)

*tested on ios only perhaps worx for android as well.
