This Adds Reflection to cars and Realistic bloom to the world.I made this because most of the ENB's have too much bloom and it doesn't look realistic at all, they are resource hungry too, they lag too much unless you are having a monster PC.
: Installation :
1)Extract it using Winrar
2)Put both of the files inside your GTA SA directory
3)Once you have started the game Press Shift + F12
Well, you can edit my mod and you will need not ask my permission to upload it too.
