It IS compatible with the Steam version (1.1). Just drop the bmp into the skins folder or replace the player.bmp in the 'Generic' models folder if you want this version to become the default. The zip on the jacket doesn't quite line up and is pretty noticeable in game. Not sure if it was like this in the original Xbox version though. Other than that a pretty good mod.
