Place stats.cs on

C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas\CLEO

Start a new game

Type on keyboard

YSTA to enable the cheat

maxout all stats and skills

and

NSTA to disable the cheat

reset all stats and skills to 0

Instead of resetting to 0, pls make a provision to reset to original stats.
