Hello there Sanny121 here so as wee all know that rockstar has deleted some effects of GTA SA like LensFlare, RoadReflections... so i decided to get back those effects and edit them that they will look closer to default ones that been in game before this is just
version 1 i'l add some updates later
Lens Flare and Road Reflections have already been fixed with mods. I hope this isn't both of these mods taken from the authors and put into one .rar file.
