GTA: Speed Chronicles Loadscreen

I made this loadscreen for those who play GTASA with a Claude Speed player skin,
just to make it more fitting. Maybe some time in the future I'll make
a better one. Perhaps if you guys have some ideas you can post it in the comments.

What is in the Mod?
- LOADSCS.TXD: New loading screens for GTA San Andreas

How to install?
- You know the drill, copy LOADSCS.TXD in this folder to
 GTA SA Direcotry/models/txd and replace the old one.
