Carcols Editor is a carcols.dat editor for GTA III which allows you to change the colors of the palette and the color sets each car uses.

- Add and edit up to 255 colors in the color palette.
- Add, remove or remove all color sets for each car.
- Import GTA Vice City colors and GTA San Andreas colors.
