IMGTool 2.0 required
I got tired of the ratty and run down appearance of the Doherty garage, so I did something about it. I modified the texture for personal use, but I figured I would upload it for others who might want to use it. If you have any questions, just post a comment. Installation instructions are included in the .rar and are fairly simple.
NOTE: Please make a backup of the original file if you decide you don't like the file or your game throws a hissy fit.
