For me all this does is let you see the taskbar. I'd like to be able to play this in a window that I can move and/or resize. But I'm starting to think this is not possible with VC.

not sure if this works with Steam version of VIce City? I placed it in the root directory with core.dll and i click the gta-vc-window.exe it just launches it like normal full screen? any help plz? HINT: for the error MSVCP110.dll is missing download vcredist_x86.exe it has to be x86 the x64 doesn't work http://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=30679
