hi its again me with new some new mod for gta vice city this mod will change tommy to altair from assasin-creed i hope you will like it

how to install ?

first download img tool from GtaGarage.com then extract files from archiver when you extract files it will have some thing like this player.dff and player.txd now open gta3.img with img tool search for player.dff and player.txd and replaceit now play game and enjoy oh and also make backup for files brcuz some times when you installed mods it crashes
