Modification for GTA San Andreas
Feature: new UV-mapping and texturing of Ottos Autohaus models with Lights and flair

I modeled a new logo signe,
installed light effects in the model fer_cars3_sfe.dff,
made new uv-mapping of the floor for propper texturing
and made a nice prelightning of the building
