Description
This mod makes Liberty City in San Andreas completely solid and allows you to access it at any given time just by walking into a yellow marker at the south-west gate of the Los Santos Airport building. Beware that the rest of the city (apart from Marco's Bistro) is really messed up and there are some "holes" in the ground where you can fall down so watch out ;)

1. This .col file conflicts the original one which I added the LSIA interior myself. 2. I believe nobody want collisions with LODs and an extremely short draw distance. Thanks for the hard work of that .col file but... It's not really helping anything...

GTA Limit Adjuster is a rare tool today. Also it can crash the game randomly. The limit in GTA VC are stored in the exe so it is possible to permently change the limit.GTA SA Limit Adjuster just alert the game's memory each time it is loaded. Also the author of the State of Liberty Mod said GTA SA exe is very hardcored so he could not find a way to hack all the limit needed
Well, that sucks. Sucks a lot.

because interior don't get streamed like the game world so basically everything from the interior is loaded at the same times so this may cause memory problem and LC is in interior you know.Try GTA SA:LC
Well I don't want SA:LC, I want SA and LC in one map. It's possible to keep the interior as-is, and add LC to the SA map. A VC mod had all three places in one map, so it has to be possible. There are limit adjusters to make it easier as well. What I don't get is why nobody has done it.

Also, while in Liberty, heli's, the jetpack, and planes do not work properly!!
That's because the city is actuallY located high in the sky, above the height limit. You can download this to increase height limit http://hotmist.ddo.jp/plugin/airlimit/index.html
