It is very common mod i know. But i tryed it make little bit better. That means that you can call army but they will arrived in 2 patriots so they will help you in big war. Plus you can call them durig mission so it can be useful.

u can call>

army (2 patriots full of warriors)
swat (2 enforcers + health + bribe)
Madd dogg (huntley - madd dogg + bodyguards)
Motocycle gang ( 5 motocycles with some hard boys)
