This is a simple mod, cut from my big project. It gives (at least me) so much fun, that I decided to share it with you. When you press the handbrake key in a car, the time will slow down. This makes the game a little bit more interesting.

After minor tweaks, the mod will work on VCMP, however I give it only to my "not-real-life-friends" and it is private.

Future releases: when I get some good idea, I will sure update this mod, but for now, this is enough.
