Ok guys i made real water in photoshop for gta VC.
Hope you like it ingame.

<Instalation>
1, Download the file.
2.Download txd WORKShop.
3.Open particle.txd in the models folder.
4.Find waterclear256 and extract it and make a backup unless you dont like the mod and want to change back.
5.Wen you find the waterclear256 click import and import my water.
6.Finnaly safe the file and go in game.

Dont forget to make a BACKUP first!
