Make the news reports more real

A replacement of the photos on the online newsmedia. Real pictures from crimescenes and situations relevant to the news reports that appear on LibertyTree and Weazel News.

I have tried to replace pictures with photos as similar to the originals as I can, but there may be one or two that seem out of place. I have not yet played all the way through GTAIV and checked every one. As usual, feedback will be appreciated.
