Description

my final conversion from gta IV to vice city and please do not steal this mod because it's hard before i finish it
so hope you enjoy  if you like my mod please rate i presh you that and sorry for my bad english

Yay! I know how to install this mod. 1. Replaces player.txd and player.dff in gta3.img with IMGTool 2. Delete player.bmp in GTA Vice City/models/generic 3. Play!
