Better explosion particle.

The Artillery Strike is faster.
The Artillery Strike is much more accurate.
User has the ability to cancel the strike.
The target's coords can be set at the point where the user is aimming.


Installation
Put Artillery.cs into your CLEO folder.

How to use it
Type ARTI and then 3 Strikes will hit the area that you have targeted using the red way point blip. If you dont have set the marker then an arrow will appear at the point where you are aiming press LMB to set the target's coords.


	Keys
	Key 	Description
	Backspace 	Cancels the Strike.
	LMB 	Sets the target's coords.
	ARTI 	Starts the Strike.

ok in v1.0 this will be fixed but the player would get killed easily.
