$ New atmosphere
$ Extreme weather effects
$ Dark shadows (which passes when the player go through it)
$ Realistic car colors
$ Best Fog weather

And many more, just Try it out Dudes.
And expect more from me as I am in mood of making more "REAL"mods.

Installation:
 You need Cleo, GTA SA installed.
 Just extract both the archives into one folder.
 Copy all the extracted file in the folder.
 Paste it as it is in the gta sa directory.
 Replace the files if Asked.
