I have browsed all the modding sites and couldn't find a video that best suited me so I decided to make one.
The reason why I did not make this mod like the actual gta 4 into was because... San Andreas is NOT GTA 4. This mod will give the gta 4 feeling, but is still labeled San Andreas.
This will replace the videos that will play when you start the game.
(try both of them and see which one you like... )

@saiyyan im sorry... i misunderstood... i purposely made it so that san andreas did not completly turn into gta 4. i sorta merged them together. also, i did download your mod but i think something is wrong with you format converter b/c it didnt work for my san andreas
Well it would make more sense if you would change your mod's name to something like Gta 4 Intro song for gta sa intro, because your mod only has the song of gta 4 not the intro video and also this mod gave me the idea to create my own mod with the actual intro video of gta 4.
So the only reason I was "advertising" is for those people who clicked on this mod but found out is was only gta 4 Intro music not video.
